What data we collect

Only what you enter in the contact form or level test: full name, phone, email (optional), selected course, message and test result.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and suggest a suitable course. The legal basis is your enquiry, meaning steps taken before entering a contract, and your consent.

Where the data is stored

Form data is stored in a Google Firebase (Firestore) database on servers in the European Union. Google acts as a processor on our behalf. A copy of each submitted enquiry is forwarded by e-mail to the school inbox by the Web3Forms service so we can reply sooner; Web3Forms acts as a processor on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries, including their copies received by e-mail, for at most 12 months if you do not enrol, then delete them.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no tracking cookies. We use Umami Cloud for visit statistics, with the data hosted in the European Union: its script sets no cookies and collects no personal data, only anonymous, aggregated visit data (for example which pages were opened and how often a form was sent). Fonts are served from this site. The map loads only when you click the button, and Google may then set its own cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict the processing of your data, and to complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
